Silvia Sarzoza Herrera, Directora General de la Escuela de Postgrado<\/strong><\/span>, con el objetivo de <span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>compartir las acciones realizadas en ambas instancias respecto de los procesos de autoevaluaci\u00f3n de Mag\u00edster y Doctorados, con fines de acreditaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 30px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large; color: #333333;\">Esta reuni\u00f3n tiene como <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: large; color: #333333;\">contexto el trabajo colaborativo y de coordinaci\u00f3n en consideraci\u00f3n de los actuales procesos de autoevaluaci\u00f3n que se realizan en tres programas de postgrado<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: large; color: #333333;\"> de nuestra universidad: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.upla.cl\/postgrado\/magisteres\/educacion-de-adultos-y-procesos-formativos\/\" style=\"font-size: large;\">Mag\u00edster en Educaci\u00f3n de Adultos y Procesos Formativos<\/a><span style=\"font-size: large; color: #333333;\"> (acreditado por 3 a\u00f1os), <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.upla.cl\/postgrado\/magisteres\/bibliotecologia-e-informacion\/\" style=\"font-size: large;\">Mag\u00edster en Bibliotecolog\u00eda e Informaci\u00f3n<\/a><span style=\"font-size: large; color: #333333;\"> (acreditado por 3 a\u00f1os), <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.upla.cl\/postgrado\/magisteres\/literatura\/\" style=\"font-size: large;\">Mag\u00edster en Literatura<\/a><span style=\"font-size: large; color: #333333;\"> (acreditado por 7 a\u00f1os) y <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.upla.cl\/postgrado\/doctorado\/interdisciplinario-de-ciencias-ambientales\/\" style=\"font-size: large;\">Doctorado Interdisciplinario en Ciencias Ambientales<\/a><span style=\"font-size: large; color: #333333;\"> (primer proceso de autoevaluaci\u00f3n para\u00a0 acreditaci\u00f3n). En este sentido, el trabajo coordinado se desarrolla en vista de optimizar los tiempos, gestionar necesidades y coordinar funciones para el trabajo autoevaluativo de estos programas.<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 30px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: large; color: #333333;\">Tras la reuni\u00f3n, ambos equipos acordaron<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: large; color: #333333;\"> cooperar para gestionar un procedimiento regular para los recursos de postgrados, necesario para garantizar la autoevaluaci\u00f3n y mejora permanente de estos, as\u00ed mismo, la <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: large; color: #333333;\">DIRGECAL<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: large; color: #333333;\"> colaborar\u00e1 durante todo el proceso entregando el apoyo t\u00e9cnico que los programas requieran, as\u00ed como diferentes productos que la Unidad ha confeccionado para estos fines, tales como encuestas de aplicaci\u00f3n online para estudiantes, acad\u00e9micos y graduados de postgrado, as\u00ed como la \u201cGu\u00eda para el Proceso de Autoevaluaci\u00f3n y Acreditaci\u00f3n de Programas de Postgrado\u201d. As\u00ed mismo, la <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: large; color: #333333;\">Escuela de Postgrado<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: large; color: #333333;\"> deber\u00e1 actualizar la programaci\u00f3n de los procesos autoevaluativos vigentes y en conjunto con la <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: large; color: #333333;\">Vicerrector\u00eda de <\/strong><strong style=\"font-size: large; color: #333333;\">Investigaci\u00f3n, Postgrado e Innovaci\u00f3n<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: large; color: #333333;\">, revisar y validar el contenido de la documentaci\u00f3n resultante de los Procesos de Autoevaluaci\u00f3n que cada programa presentar\u00e1 finalmente a la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnachile.cl\/Paginas\/Inicio.aspx\" style=\"font-size: large;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Acreditaci\u00f3n<\/a><span style=\"font-size: large; color: #333333;\"> (CNA-Chile), todo esto, tras el trabajo de revisi\u00f3n, edici\u00f3n y dise\u00f1o que la <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: large; color: #333333;\">DIRGECAL<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: large; color: #333333;\"> realizar\u00e1, as\u00ed como gestionar y coordinar todos los aspectos necesarios para las futuras Visitas de Pares Evaluadores Externos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: large; color: #333333;\"><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: large; color: #333333;\">La Directora de la DIRGECAL, Dra. Teresa Bruna Valiente<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: large; color: #333333;\">, explic\u00f3 la importancia de la coordinaci\u00f3n realizada con <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: large; color: #333333;\">la Escuela de Postgrado<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: large; color: #333333;\">, para garantizar toda la cooperaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y operativa que desde la <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: large; color: #333333;\">Direcci\u00f3n General de Gesti\u00f3n de la Calidad<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: large; color: #333333;\"> se realiza <span style=\"color: #009bdb;\"><em>\u201cel trabajo en equipo no s\u00f3lo es una estrategia efectiva al interior de una unidad, sino que tambi\u00e9n debe ampliar al trabajo entre equipos de distintas unidades y as\u00ed fortalecer los procesos y potenciar los resultados.
