<strong>Universidad de Playa Ancha<\/strong>, mediante una encuesta online, disponible entre el<strong> 2 de Septiembre y 18 de Octubre<\/strong> del presente a\u00f1o y dirigida a estudiantes, funcionarios (as) y acad\u00e9micos (as) de la UPLA.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Esta medici\u00f3n se enmarca en la <strong>Pol\u00edtica de Calidad de la Universidad de Playa Ancha<\/strong> y espec\u00edficamente, se vincula con el P<strong>lan de Desarrollo Estrat\u00e9gico Institucional 2016-2025 (PDEI 2016-2025)<\/strong>, en cuanto al cumplimiento de los objetivos 1.1, <strong>grado de satisfacci\u00f3n de la comunidad universitaria y actores claves<\/strong> y objetivo 7.1.1, <strong>grado de sentido de pertenencia de actores internos<\/strong>.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: large;\">En este sentido, la consulta online se ha propuesto como un importante insumo para recolectar informaci\u00f3n para la evaluaci\u00f3n de los indicadores asociados a estos objetivos que declaran: <strong>la mejora en la percepci\u00f3n de los servicios institucionales por la comunidad universitaria y actores claves, as\u00ed como potenciar la comunicaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica y el posicionamiento Teresa Bruna Valiente<\/strong>, explic\u00f3 que es de suma importancia la participaci\u00f3n y opini\u00f3n de la comunidad universitaria haciendo un llamado a responder los instrumentos de consulta enviados el lunes 02 de septiembre a los respectivos correos institucionales de cada integrante de nuestra comunidad universitaria. La informaci\u00f3n recabada tras el t\u00e9rmino del proceso de consulta (18 de octubre) permitir\u00e1 contar con un importante insumo para el an\u00e1lisis del grado de satisfacci\u00f3n laboral y el sentido de pertenencia con nuestra universidad de los distintos actores y as\u00ed responder a los mencionados objetivos del objetivos del PDEI 2016-2025.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1><strong><\/strong><\/h1>\n<h1><strong><\/strong><\/h1>\n<h1><strong><\/strong><\/h1>\n<h1><strong>Satisfacci\u00f3n Laboral y Sentido de Pertenencia<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: large;\">La <strong>DIRGECAL<\/strong>, como Unidad fuente para la recolecci\u00f3n de datos e informaci\u00f3n referentes a los objetivos del <strong>PDEI UPLA 2016-2025<\/strong>, respecto a la mejora en la percepci\u00f3n de los servicios institucionales por la comunidad universitaria y los actores claves, a trav\u00e9s de su <strong>Unidad de Estudios y Promoci\u00f3n de la Calidad (UEPC)<\/strong> -integrada por los <strong>Soci\u00f3logos, Mg. Omar Catal\u00e1n Mar\u00edn y Lic. Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Brevis<\/strong>&#8211; aplicar\u00e1 dos instrumentos de recolecci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n para medir los indicadores institucionales establecidos en el <strong>Objetivo 1.1 (Grado de satisfacci\u00f3n de la comunidad universitaria y actores claves)<\/strong> y <strong>7.1.1 (Grado de sentido de pertenencia de actores internos) del PDEI 2016-2025.<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: large;\">El <strong>Soci\u00f3logo de la Unidad de Estudios y Promoci\u00f3n de la Calidad (UEPC), Mg. Omar Catal\u00e1n Mar\u00edn<\/strong> explic\u00f3 que este proceso de consulta a nuestra comunidad universitaria tiene relaci\u00f3n principalmente con \u201c<em>un proceso de autoevaluaci\u00f3n permanente que ha asumido la Universidad de Playa Ancha, en lo que respecta a la gesti\u00f3n del conocimiento institucional para el aprendizaje y la mejora continua de sus procesos internos, ya sean administrativos y acad\u00e9micos, y que est\u00e1n sistematizados en su Plan de Desarrollo Estrat\u00e9gico Institucional 2016-2025, principalmente, en los objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos e indicadores de evaluaci\u00f3n correspondientes a las estrategias primer quinquenio (2016-2020)\u201d.<\/em><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: large;\">El primer instrumento denominado <strong>\u201cEvaluaci\u00f3n de la Satisfacci\u00f3n Laboral y Sentido de Pertenencia en la Universidad de Playa Ancha\u201d<\/strong>, busca recabar la<strong> opini\u00f3n de Acad\u00e9micos, Acad\u00e9micas, Funcionarios y Funcionarias de administraci\u00f3n y de servicio de la UPLA<\/strong>, respecto a la <strong>satisfacci\u00f3n general<\/strong> por el trabajo realizado, considerando aspectos como el ambiente f\u00edsico, la forma en que se realizan estas labores, las oportunidades de desarrollo, el sentido de pertenencia, entre otros criterios. <strong>Las respuestas, de car\u00e1cter an\u00f3nimo<\/strong>, tienen como fin la realizaci\u00f3n de un diagn\u00f3stico para\u00a0 proponer acciones de mejora para la optimizaci\u00f3n continua de los procesos institucionales.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: large;\">El segundo de estos instrumentos <strong>\u201cEncuesta de Satisfacci\u00f3n de Estudiantes con relaci\u00f3n a la Calidad de la Formaci\u00f3n Recibida\u201d<\/strong>, tiene como finalidad <strong>recabar la opini\u00f3n de los Estudiantes de la UPLA, en cuanto a la formaci\u00f3n recibida<\/strong> en nuestra casa de estudios, considerando aspectos referentes a las metodolog\u00edas utilizadas, estrategias de ense\u00f1anza, condiciones f\u00edsicas y ambientales, soportes tecnol\u00f3gicos, oferta acad\u00e9mica, entre otros aspectos. <strong>Las respuestas de esta encuesta tambi\u00e9n son de car\u00e1cter an\u00f3nimas<\/strong> y ser\u00e1n utilizadas con fines de diagn\u00f3stico para evaluar la satisfacci\u00f3n de los estudiantes y proponer acciones de mejora para la optimizaci\u00f3n continua de los procesos acad\u00e9micos.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: large;\">El <strong>Mg. Catal\u00e1n Mar\u00edn<\/strong> explic\u00f3 respecto a las dimensiones de evaluaci\u00f3n que, <em>\u201csi bien existen diferentes definiciones tanto para entender la \u201cSatisfacci\u00f3n Laboral como al \u201dSentido de Pertenencia\u201d, podr\u00edamos mencionar de forma general que el primero, hace referencia a un conjunto de factores psicosociales, condiciones y entorno f\u00edsico laboral que impactan en la actitud y\/o grado de conformidad que las personas poseen con su trabajo y la instituci\u00f3n u organizaci\u00f3n en donde desempe\u00f1an sus funciones. El segundo, el sentido de pertenencia, alude a la cohesi\u00f3n social e identificaci\u00f3n simb\u00f3lica de un grupo humano espec\u00edfico, siendo parte de un contexto institucional particular como es la Universidad de Playa Ancha. Estas dimensiones son de vital importancia para una organizaci\u00f3n ya que evaluar el grado de satisfacci\u00f3n laboral y el sentido de pertenencia, permite realizar un diagn\u00f3stico con respecto al funcionamiento estrat\u00e9gico de la instituci\u00f3n desde sus elementos basales: la comunidad universitaria. Ello impacta en la toma de decisiones desde un marco sist\u00e9mico para los distintos niveles funcionales de la organizaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/em><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/h1>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Por otro lado, los <strong>profesionales de la Unidad de Estudios y Promoci\u00f3n de la Calidad (UEPC)<\/strong> contemplan realizar durante el <strong>segundo semestre de este a\u00f1o<\/strong> una consulta para egresados con la <strong>satisfacci\u00f3n de la formaci\u00f3n recibida y la evaluaci\u00f3n de empleadores con respecto al desempe\u00f1o del profesional UPLA<\/strong>. Al respecto el <strong>Mg. Catal\u00e1n Mar\u00edn<\/strong> inform\u00f3 que <em>\u201cse est\u00e1 trabajando en coordinaci\u00f3n con otras Unidades Institucionales y Unidades Acad\u00e9micas para unificar una Base de Datos lo suficientemente rigurosa con respecto a una cohorte de un per\u00edodo no menor a 5 a\u00f1os de egresados y el contacto con sus respectivos empleadores. As\u00ed, la no satisfacci\u00f3n de estos criterios no solo impacta en las actividades acad\u00e9micas y en la gesti\u00f3n administrativa, sino que en la demanda de servicios del medio externo, en la provisi\u00f3n de recursos p\u00fablicos y en la sostenibilidad de la Universidad.
