Omar Catal\u00e1n Mar\u00edn y Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Brevis<\/strong>, todos integrantes de la <strong>Direcci\u00f3n General de Gesti\u00f3n de la Calidad\u00a0(DIRGECAL)<\/strong> se reunieron el d\u00eda martes 10 de septiembre con la <strong>Directora del Sistema de Bibliotecas (SIBUPLA) Mg. Carmen Gloria Arlegui Mu\u00f1oz<\/strong> y el <strong>Jefe de la Unidad de Informaci\u00f3n y Servicios al Usuario de Biblioteca, Sr. Cristian Arias Bruna<\/strong>, con el objeto de coordinar un trabajo colaborativo en la validaci\u00f3n de un instrumento de recolecci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n que tiene por finalidad evaluar la<strong> Calidad de los Servicios del Sistema de Bibliotecas SIBUPLA desde la opini\u00f3n de sus usuarios<\/strong>.<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Este trabajo se realiza en el contexto de cumplir con los objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos (*) del <strong>Plan de Desarrollo Estrat\u00e9gico Instituciona<\/strong>l (definido para el per\u00edodo 2016-2025) actualmente en pleno desarrollo y espec\u00edficamente, con el primero de estos objetivos, que dice relaci\u00f3n con <strong>asegurar la calidad de los servicios de la universidad<\/strong>.<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: large;\">En este sentido, la <strong>DIRGECAL<\/strong> -a trav\u00e9s de la <strong>UCS<\/strong> y <strong>UEPC<\/strong>\u2013 ha dise\u00f1ado y aplicado diferentes instrumentos de evaluaci\u00f3n de satisfacci\u00f3n en distintas <strong>Unidades de Servicio de la UPLA<\/strong> tales como <strong>Aranceles, Biblioteca, Casino y Servicio M\u00e9dico<\/strong>, <strong>Laboratorio de Computaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y el <strong>Centro de Recursos de Ense\u00f1anza Aprendizaje de Lenguas (CREAL)<\/strong>, <span style=\"color: #009bdb;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.upla.cl\/calidad\/2017\/05\/02\/dirgecal-inicia-levantamiento-de-informacion-para-aportar-insumos-al-cumplimiento-de-objetivo-estrategico-institucional-mejorar-la-percepcion-de-los-servicios-institucionales-por-la-comunidad-univer\/\" style=\"color: #009bdb;\">actividades realizadas desde el a\u00f1o 2017<\/a><\/span>. As\u00ed mismo, el instrumento de evaluaci\u00f3n servir\u00e1 como insumo para el actual <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.upla.cl\/noticias\/2019\/05\/16\/rector-patricio-sanhueza-da-el-vamos-oficial-al-proceso-de-autoevaluacion-para-acreditacion-institucional\/\">Proceso de Autoevaluaci\u00f3n Institucional de la Universidad de Playa Ancha iniciado este a\u00f1o<\/a><\/strong>.<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: large;\">La <strong>Directora General de Gesti\u00f3n de la Calidad de la UPLA, Dra. Teresa Bruna Valiente<\/strong>, explic\u00f3 que este trabajo vinculado con <strong>SIBUPLA<\/strong> es de vital importancia ya que \u201ccon el total compromiso de cumplir con la pol\u00edtica de aseguramiento de la calidad de la formaci\u00f3n en todos los niveles de formaci\u00f3n de la oferta de UPLA, nos abocamos a evaluar continuamente la satisfacci\u00f3n de los usuarios como fuente primordial, para ajustar lo necesario, con acciones de mejoramiento de todos los servicios de apoyo a la formaci\u00f3n. Las bibliotecas de UPLA son, sin lugar a dudas, \u00a0un espacio vital para la construcci\u00f3n de conocimiento y apoyo en la formaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: large;\">As\u00ed mismo, <strong>Bernardo Dimter, Ingeniero encargado de la Unidad funcional de Calidad de los Servicios de la DIRGECAL<\/strong>, explic\u00f3 que <em>\u201cel trabajo de coordinaci\u00f3n con SIBUPLA junto a la Unidad funcional de Estudios y Promoci\u00f3n de la Calidad (UEPC) de DIRGECAL, se realiza en el marco de evaluar la calidad de los servicios para proponer un plan de mejoramiento, al cual se le har\u00e1 un monitoreo de frecuencia bimensual aproximadamente. Esto se orienta al aseguramiento de la calidad de los servicios institucionales y para dar cumplimiento a objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos del PDEI 2016-2025\u201d<\/em>.<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Por su parte, la <strong>Directora la Directora del Sistema de Bibliotecas (SIBUPLA) Mg. Carmen Gloria Arlegui Mu\u00f1oz<\/strong> expres\u00f3 la importancia que tiene este trabajo colaborativo, iniciado con la <strong>DIRGECAL<\/strong>, para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de <strong>SIBUPLA<\/strong> <em>\u201cesta colaboraci\u00f3n es muy importante, ya que nos permite determinar si realmente, estamos cumpliendo con la Misi\u00f3n que nos rige y nos permite mejorar sistem\u00e1ticamente en forma continua. Necesitamos verificar si estamos cumpliendo a cabalidad con el objetivo de gestionar y proveer recursos de informaci\u00f3n, que nos permitan elevar la calidad del aprendizaje en nuestros usuarios, que nos permitan a trav\u00e9s de nuestros servicios desarrollar competencias que aseguren autonom\u00eda de acceso y uso de informaci\u00f3n y que adem\u00e1s estemos contribuyendo a diseminar todo el conocimiento generado en nuestra instituci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/em><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Tras la reuni\u00f3n de coordinaci\u00f3n se espera obtener un instrumento validado por <strong>SIBUPLA<\/strong> y que responda tanto a los requerimientos estrat\u00e9gicos de la universidad, como al actual proceso de autoevaluaci\u00f3n institucional. El <strong>Mg. Omar Catal\u00e1n, Soci\u00f3logo integrante de la UEPC de la DIRGECAL<\/strong>, explic\u00f3 que <em>\u201c<\/em><em>el instrumento de recolecci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n para medir la satisfacci\u00f3n de los usuarios con el Servicio del Sistema de Bibliotecas SIBUPLA, se aplicar\u00e1 durante el segundo semestre de este a\u00f1o, lo cual generar\u00e1 un insumo capital para el proceso de autoevaluaci\u00f3n institucional que ha emprendido la Universidad\u201d<\/em>. As\u00ed mismo, el Ingeniero Encargado de la UCS, complement\u00f3 que <em>\u201cel resultado esperado de este trabajo es lograr el aseguramiento de la calidad en los servicios de apoyo a la docencia, en este caso Biblioteca, evaluando la calidad del servicio desde la perspectiva del usuario, implementando un plan de mejoramiento y su monitoreo, por lo tanto, se quiere lograr mejorar la percepci\u00f3n de los estudiantes del servicio de Biblioteca\u201d.<\/em><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Finalmente la <strong>Directora del Sistema de Bibliotecas (SIBUPLA), Mg.
