gestiones espec\u00edficas destinadas a impulsar en la Universidad acciones contra la discriminaci\u00f3n, promover la igualdad de oportunidades y el buen ambiente laboral, fomentar la sana conciliaci\u00f3n de las responsabilidades laborales y familiares, y en definitiva, propender hacia el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida en el trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior en el marco de la expresa voluntad del Estado, y los principios rectores de la Universidad de Playa Ancha.<br \/> La Comisi\u00f3n de Buenas Pr\u00e1cticas Laborales est\u00e1 constituida por los siguientes representantes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Directora de Administraci\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos.<\/li>\n<li>Directora de la Comisi\u00f3n Interdisciplinaria de Estudios de G\u00e9nero.<\/li>\n<li>Representante
